During the COVID-19 pandemic our social and working lives have slowed down under government imposed restrictions for social isolation and travel.
Feelings of anxiety, fear and depression are rising in the community and this, in turn, generates feelings of fatigue.
If this is you, then you can pull through by:
 Getting more sunlight and exercise
 Keeping a regular sleep routine and not letting yourself get into staying in bed too long
 Eat a balanced diet and watch those carbs
 Still your mind by taking a few minutes each day for quiet reflection and meditation.
