Your psychotherapy, counselling and coaching sessions with Kirstin will be greatly enhanced with some homework between sessions.  These are simple techniques that people find very helpful. The idea is to journal your thoughts and emotions daily.  To say positive affirmations daily.  And, to play an MP3 guided meditation daily to re-program your thoughts and emotions.

Journaling
Writing about your thoughts and emotions on a daily basis is a great way to reinforce your sessions with me.  All you need is a nice journal from your local newsagent with lined pages.  Alternatively, you can use a diary with a day-to-a-page format.

Affirmations
Positive affirmations can support the changes you want to make in your life and work.  Constant repetition of affirmations whether said silently to yourself or out aloud or even writing them down will help to bring about change you want.  I can tailor some affirmations specifically to your requirements.

Guided meditations
Relax and listen to some guided meditations specially prepared by me to complement your sessions.  They are made available to you for download as part of this Accelerator Kit.  Some of the guided meditations are short and others a bit longer.  The details of each guided meditation are shown below.

Work Book
This Work Book guides you through some homework exercises between sessions with me. There are ideas about journaling on a daily basis to keep a record of your feelings and your aspirations. As well as writing, you can also draw a mandala within a circle and see what shapes and colours emerge.  The journal and the mandalas will be useful to bring to your sessions with me. Additionally, the Work Book contains some affirmations to say on a daily basis to bring about behavioural changes in your life. Then there are the guided meditations to let you slow down and be in a still place to relax your mind and balance your psyche.  The scripts of the main guided meditations are also included in the Work Book.
